
Thanksgiving Day in America is a time to offer thanks, of family gatherings and holiday meals. In the fast Thanksgiving Day, it is said that many foods were cooked for the feast – wild turkey, duck, and venison were probably served, along with fish, pumpkins, squash, corn, sweet potatoes, and cranberries.
The most famous 3 meals are turkeys, cranberry source and pumpkin pie!!
I researched about recipes of Thanksgiving meals, so I’d like to introduce effortless cranberry source recipe here.
You can make it for only 45 minutes. You need package cranberries (12 ounces), 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cups of water. First, wash cranberries under cool, running water. Get rid of soft or bad berries. Then, in a sauce pan, over medium high heat, combine cranberries, water, white sugar and brown sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove cover and boil an additional 5 minutes. Finally, refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours. Serve with turkey or as a side dish.
